we provide online platforms and related content to help users learn skills, explore job opportunities, and connect with educational or career resources. features may change over time; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. accounts, registration & conduct

our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA"), POPIA, and other applicable South African law. where the CPA applies to you as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
we do not warrant that content is complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. job listings and educational material are for information purposes; hiring, admissions, and outcomes depend on third parties and your own efforts.
8. limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, we (including our directors, employees, and affiliates) are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of our services.
our aggregate liability for any claim relating to these terms or our services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or R500, except where liability cannot be excluded under the CPA or other mandatory law.

these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. subject to mandatory provisions of the CPA and other laws, you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa for disputes arising from these terms or our services.
